I have put this down as a fairly newly emerged female Powdered Flatwing, though there is a possibility that it may be a similarly young female Common Flatwing. The thoracic pattern is a little obscured by the wings, and is oriented obliquely, so is therefore not clear enough to be definitive, however the final abdominal banding is much more suggestive of Powdered Flatwing, as is the location.
