User's notes

I found a caterpillar in my house and put it in a container to photograph later. Several hours later I found a second caterpillar. They'd perhaps been brought in with a lettuce from my garden, which I'd left on my sink overnight. They looked different so I collected both but mistakenly put them in the same container, as when I come back later there was only one caterpillar and just the head of the other. I hadn't realised that caterpillars are carnivorous. This is the survivor.
