I suspect not. The style does not appear hairy, and the flowers are not whitish at the base. For lanigera, the backs of the leaves should be hairy.

No idea. The Plantnet key starts with whether the ovary is hairy or not. Easy with a flowering specimen in the hand, almost impossible in a photo. I suspect it is a hybrid or cultivar, which cannot be IDd with a key. Eg ianigera creates hybrid swarms with rosmarinifolia, with everything from almost lanigera to almost rosmarinifolia.
