I see what you mean. Hibbertia riparia is now a synonym of Hibbertia stricta. If you search on Hibbertia riparia, Hibbertia stricta will come up.
I have just checked the new description of stricta in Plantnet, which states that the sepals are densely stellate hairy. This is at odds with Toelkin's key that separates stricta and calycina. The important thing for the ACT is that stricta does not have simple hairs on the sepals, which can be hairless.

Flowering shoots collected from 2 plants on 11 Jan 2019 and examined under binocular microscope; simple hairs present in calyx, which means plants are Hibbertia calycina.
