First-instar nymphs of a pentatomoid bug (probably Pentatomidae or Scutelleridae), clustered next to their egg shells.

Could they then be classified as Pentatomoidea sp. (superfamily) ?

Yes that's a good solution. Hopefully some later-instar nymphs and adults will turn up, that we can connect to these ones.
