Looks like pyracantha angustifolia - Orange firethorn with unripe berries. Grown in a lot of older gardens, but an environmental weed in all the Natureparks as the birds eat the seeds and then deposit them in the bush.

This is definitely Pyracantha angustifolia which is the only firethorn in our region which has a densely hairy underside of the leaf
