Without a good photo of the back of a leaf it is impossible form a photo to decide whether this is Hibbertia riparia or Hibbertia calycina.

Likely to be H. riparia - there's a lot in that area, and the species was flowering profusely in October.

Based on advice from the person who is doing a taxonomic revision of Hibbertia, I would now call this Hibbertia calycina, even though the photo is not sharp enough to show the type of hairs on the calyx.
