but I would like to be able to confirm as Mark is an exemption of the rule- generally all surveys need a 3 min recordings so that I can verify that there are no frogs- This is my absolute preference. Mark has been with the program for years and he knows his frogs and therefore decides not to take a recording if there are no frogs. I still would rather have a recording but can understand Marks rationale.
