Tape reading 1943. The forgs were much more active in September than in October. Possibly the cold weather this Spring interrupted their behaviour. Maybe also more predators, for example, a neighbour's cat which I noticed some night while recording.; Size: 8 m�; Aquatic Veg: Water lilies and similar plants, aquatic grass, an island of irises in one pond; Bank Veg: Leaf litter, agapanthus, bluebells; Overhead Canopy: Gum tree, grevillia; Landscape: Hedge, shrubs, trees, lawn, garden of irises and agapanthus; QAQC Notes: Audio cassette, Photo yes- 6x4 hardcopy
