Epiblema strenuana is a Tortricid moth. This moth has upward backward pointing labial palps suggesting Oecophoridae family or Gelechioidea superfamily.

I'm not sure I see P. opercullela photos elsewhere with large black marks on the forewing. Palps are striped too,
