Nice find, well done. Just need to species level. Only the one subspecies in our region.

Status:
ACT - Rare highland resident with restricted distribution (Suzi Bond 2016, 2018).
NSW - Common but very local (Michael Braby 2016).

My comment needs to said to qualify your rather 'black and white' one. Red literally some might think this species is a migrant that comes and goes and breed here occasionally, when that is not the case. Would have been better to say these are the first images of larvae of an elusive/scare resident posted here, a significant event, with all that implies - which you can demonstrate to a 100%.
