User's notes

On 19/11/2024 a female orchard butterfly was observed fluttering around the citrus tree and apparently egg laying. On 20/11 2024 the outer young leaf tips were examined and two small white eggs were found. On 21/11/24 these eggs has changed to slightly yellow colour.

Hi @JBrickhill , thank you for your sighting and observational notes. Is it possible for you to keep an eye on these eggs and photograph any larvae that may hatch from same? Just to eliminate the possibility of a Dainty Swallowtail also having visited your garden.
