Note the marks on the back of the petal - such marks are not present on waxlips. I believe this may be one of the sun orchids.

Sun orchids typically have two hairy arms on the column, which this plant lacks. They also have petals and sepals of more-or-less equal size and shape which contrasts to the shorter labellum on this plant. I am still comfortable calling this Glossodia major.
