No problem Michael, I have a few more ACT emu observations that I'll upload when I have time. I have seen one with chicks before, but I didn't get a photo or note the date that time.

Yes, they were crossing Paddy's River Road, on the uphill stretch south of the bend (around here https://maps.app.goo.gl/Uu9d7XNq6piuK1uR8).
It was around 2020, I think.
Here's another observation of a single emu crossing the road around there in May 2020, but it wasn't the time I saw the chicks.
