Rare local ACT Eucalypt species. Also found in Victoria near Beechworth - classed there as endangered. One small population near Captains Flat in NSW too.

User's notes

Photo taken in 2010 showing this rare species recovered well from the 2003 fires. It is a lignotuber, and trunk/branch resprouter. Bark rough - stringy fibrous where not burnt, canopy a mix of adult and juvenile leaves - grey-green and pruinose, known location.
