@donhe I posted this one on iNat and have been given an alternate suggestion of Genus Psychanisa, a member of Bagworm Moths Family Psychidae
Characteristic by the fine twigs used, compared with the two Clania species in this region which both use broader twigs

Your thoughts?

There is a case moth with more and thinner sticks than C. lewinii, see
https://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/psyc/psychaz.html
That that is a Psychanisa species is news to me. Has someone successfully reared it?
I think on balance this is more likely C. lewinii,
but rear it and prove me wrong.

I haven't raised one but Ethan said he has and that there are "quite a few" exammples of the moth and cases in ANIC
