The only species I know with a a yellow forewing fascia containing a partial black bar is Eulechria ophiodes, and some of the apparent black frame around the fascia could be black hindwing, but if this : then where would the marginal halves of the forewing be?

Maybe we are seeing the hindwings of a Heliothela species?
