I don't think so because this moth does not have a rounded hindwing termen-there is a slight point or process.
The wings are very plain and there are no different coloured outer margins to the forewings and hindwings. There is a dorsal abdoment stripe suggesting it is Chloroc0ma genus,
Using the Moths of Victoria (MoV key from part 4 Geomentrinae) I cannot assign it to a named species from that key. The disk at file 'spp' notes that there were several species that could not be identified by the MoV team to a named Chlorocoma species. On this basis I am calling it ;Chlocoma (genus)'. Three of these species are illustrated on the file 'spp'. this specimen looks most similar to the third speciemen shown but that moth has a rounded hindwing termen.
