Looks like E.saligna fruits and mahogany type leaves. I am heading out that way later - so will check.

Checked the sighting. E.saligna features: glossy discolorous leaves that are penniveined, fruit in 7s with flattened peduncle & cup to cylindrical shape with descending disc & exert valves, bark predominantly smooth above a basal flaky rough stocking, plus it was often planted in the past in Canberra, in some odd places. This sighting has a lot of retained juvenile and intermediate leaves.
