This is an interesting example of the difficulty of identifying bees. The suggestion is based on the white section of the lower hind leg of the male, which is an uncommon feature and the apparent size of the species. Another example of a male with white on the hind leg is Lasioglossum (Parasphecodes) imitator which is a much larger bee.
