I realise this is very unlikely as an ID, but the l think there are only 2 submarginal cells - indicating subgenus Andrenopsis?

Yes, the two submarginal cells and the facial fovea are characteristic of L. wilsoni and it is unlikely that it anything else. I think I can even see the carina down the middle of the clypeus. Lovely to have another location.
