Many of these tiny black moths in mixed native & exotic forbs and grasses.

I have my doubts this is Turneriprocris dolens (Zygaenioidea).
This moth has a white head, backward pointing white palps and thin antennae..
T;dolens has thick antennae with projections along its length and the hindwings are dark purple. No white head ot palsps.
