It's a Pultenaea as Luke suggests, but not P.microphylla which looks like this Pultenaea microphylla (Egg and Bacon Pea)

If I'm honest this looks quite different, it doesn't appear to be a great match for any of the local Pultenaea species, perhaps most similar to P.subspicata. Could you return and get some closer photographs? Also, is there any chance this was planted.

Yes they are plantings and the person who planted them has confirmed it to be Pultenaea subspicata.
