Hi Ian, my C. tetratherma suggestion is based on it looking very similar to a lot of the examples on ALA. You might want to also remove my images from the CNM field guide for C. tetratherma if the ID is incorrect.

Yes, The ALA is not a necesarily a fully curated collection of species photos, so there are errors apparent in ID from time. I think you are correct we need to look again at our field guide for C. tetrathema.

'I found no match in Cosmopterigidae.
Ive withdrawn my original concern, but I still confirmation woiuld be assisted if we had a side-on view. A side-on view could confirm or otherewise whether the palps have a yellow base in this specimen shown here.
