One of the tall leafy greenhoods (Bunochilus group), there are two in the ACT and I suspect either could occur at this site so perhaps a genus ID is better.
From PlantNet, interesting comment for P. jonesii: "Originally described as Bunochilus montanus D.L.Jones, that species epithet preoccupied in Pterostylis by P. montana Hatch so a new name was proposed when Backhouse (2007) transferred Bunochilus montanus to Pterostylis.." Now I am really confused :)
I had no idea about that. That would mean everything that we call Bunochilus montanus (Pterostylis montana) should in fact be called Bunochilus/Pterostylis jonesii; no argument. However what I find more confusing is that from what I have seen/heard, people still treat Bunochilus montanus and B. jonesii as separate species despite them apparently being the same.
