Good to know they are still along that road - last record in CNM on that road was in 2005. There were other records a few kilometres away in 2012.

Sam & Chris - can you please report this sighting here also: https://www.koala.nsw.gov.au/report-sighting so that it will get into BioNet - the official database for koala sightings. This will help us manage koalas in this region.

@SallyMiller1, you or they can download a spreadsheet record of ALL the koala sightings in CNM in one go. In the menu above go to 'Species' then navigate to the one you want (mammals/ wombat and koala/koala) then use the 'export' button up top on the right.

@DonFletcher - thanks for that information. I'm unable to see an 'export' button. Perhaps that's only on a moderator's page?

@SallyMiller1, well if you cant see it, then probably so. I know some species are restricted like that. If that is the reason, and not a glitch, you should be able to see an export button in unrestricted species, so maybe have a look at EGKs or something common like that to check? If koalas are restriced, to get access you would need to communicate with one of the admins.

I thought CNM and Bionet (and ALA) swapped records? I have four koala sightings there from our property (just to the north of the gully on the right of this sighting) over the last five years that I've submitted to ISpyKoala (when it worked) and hence Bionet. I've never checked the cross-referencing though. I'll add them to CNM as well then :-) I've been pestering others up there to add their own as well.

@marcus they probably do swap

Hey guys, direct feed to NSW BioNet from NatureMapr has been developed and we are just awaiting go live implementation.

We are putting these kind of important feeds in place so people don't have to jump around and install 50 different apps.

We want koala data to go to the right people that need to know about it. We want fungi data to go to the right people that need to know about it. We want ACT data to go DIRECTLY to ACT Government. We want NSW data to go DIRECTLY to NSW Government. Same for any important species and same for every state.

That's our plan and the team are working hard to make it a reality. Thanks for all the patience and support guys.
