User's notes

Foliage entirely bipinnate, stem redish. I took a series of photos of wattles at a relative small area which I will present on CNM - none fits a wattle or hybrid that I know. There are specimens over one m tall with all leaves bipinnate and there are specimens which have mainly bipinnate leaves plus a few phyllodes; none of the observed wattles have the juvenile foliage I know of, for instance, Acacia rubida with bipinnate leave (bits) persisting with phyllodes. In the vicinity we have / had bipinnate Wattles: Acacia baileyana, dealbata, their hybrids, and decurrens; and wattles with phyllodes: A. floribunda, implexa, longifolia, melanoxylon, rubida (a group of the latter was most likely planted). I will copy this comment in the other wattle records of the site.
