GPSed. Flowers look very much like those of "nearby" G. planiflora sighting 4499176 approx 110m to NW on same site.

OK, admittedly my original intention was to capture the attractive mix of wild flowers and kangaroo grass rather than to do IDs. Although I'm reasonably confident of my original suggested ID, based on the height, size, colour and form of the flowers, I have to concede that I haven't provided enough info to confirm that they would be W. planiflora.

Given the confirmation of my subsequent close by W. stricta ssp. stricta sighting, 4540352, in great abundance I reckon given the tall height and form and colour of the flowers it's a fair bet this sighting is of the same species.

I agree W.stricta is most likely, but i'd still prefer to leave it at genus without any further diagnostic features.
