A group of young wattles probably hybrids. There are Silverwattles around, and Cootamundra wattles, as well as hybrids of Silverwattles and Cootamundra have been removed from this area in the past years.
Cootamundra has 2-6 pairs of pinnae, so I agree with CarbonAI on this one. But as you say hybrids could be around as well. And the pinnules are not so crowded, so who knows?
I'm actually agreeing with Waltraud here, more pinnae and pinnules than I would expect for a pure baileyana, especially the third image, also the overall form of the tree
