This individual is very difficult to identify. If that is pollen underneath the abdomen then it is a bee and not a wasp. The only two possibilities would be a megachild bee or a Homalictus species, but it does not have the body shape of a megachilid and I would have expected some pollen on hind legs as well as under the abdomen if it were Homalictus. If it is a very small bee, then from the colour it is probably Homalictus sphecodoides.
