Yes it is a Lasioglossum (Chilalictus) species but is far too small to be L. lanarium. In addition, the thorax has a distinctly greenish sheen in more than one picture, so my guess would be Lasioglossum cognatum, though I can't be certain as there are other small, metallic species. L. cognatum is simply one of the most common.
