Quite tall in a roadside drainage line, may be an exotic?

I actually got to Epilobium billardierianum in the key based on the more erect and smaller flowers than pallidiflorum - not entirely convinced though

Yes it's a curious one certainly, It's not E.billardierianum which looks quite different at this altitude (Epilobium billardiereanum subsp. hydrophilum) for example. Hence why I went for E.palliflorum, turns out E.cilatum is quite common in the subalps. Don't know why I didn't consider that sooner.
