Chrysocephalum apiculatum is correct, it is a pretty variable species which is due for a spilt. It is a paper daisy as opposed to a "button daisy", both have disc florets only but in Chrysocephalum the bracts form around the florets as to appear like petals. Worth touching the flowers & comparing to billy or scaly buttons to feel the different.
