I have spent some time trying to find an ID for this bee, so small, it spent all it's time inside the flower. Looking at ALA this is the closest I can find.
Euryglossines can seldom be identified to genus without a microscope. Having said that, the face seems flatter than I would expect for a Euryglossina species, so I have opted for a very common species with the same colouring as that in the pictures.
