Attracted to UV light. Approx 20-25mm wingspan. Legs were quite long, and the moth was perched up quite high. See side on image

Sameodes cancellalis rather tropical distribution. Sameodes iolealis ? But both Australian Sameodes have the prominent dark round spot in the hindwing basal white band by the hind-margin, which this specimen does not have.
