There are plain black Spilosoma species specimens on BOLD and ALA, but I see no plain white variants. Is this very worn, or I wonder if this could be an Aloa or even Amerila species?
All the Amerila species seem to be tropical and only one I saw online on the ALA had reddish abdominal markings. If Aloa one would expect to see red/orange margin along the forewing costa edge, although that is not obvious at all here. The abdominal marking are orange rather than red and faint. There are some Aloa marginita sightings on the ALA which are orange and in those the forewing costa colour is much reduced, near absent. So on second thoughts, Aloa or A. marginata seems most likely to me.
