This is an invasive native species and could become a problem on the nearby Lawson Naval Base grasslands - good to stop its spread now

This begs the question: why plant this species that has the potential to become a weed when the local hoary sunray could be planted instead? They are both white paper-daisies and look nearly identical as ornamental garden plants.
