I've updated the images with a 3rd close-up of the lemma tips from these Avenas. The 2 fine bristles on the lemmas are well above 3 mm long - scale at left has 1 mm divisions. To get a useful magnification of the feature, I cut the tips off 5 lemmas shown at base, the hairy floret at the top is entire though I cut the awn from it to make alignment easier. The first question in the Avena key in Plantnet from Wheeler et al points to A. barbata or strigosa - strigosa is almost never found in this region so I'm confident it is A. barbata.
