While this flower is a little past its best making identification less certain this is a P. nutans by that nodding form of the flower and that transparent like nature of upper (back) of the galea which is the combination, in Groonhood type species, of the dorsal sepal with the two petals to form that unique hood on these orchids. If and when an insect (in this case a fungus gnat) lands on the labellum it triggers it to snap shut and trapping the gnat inside the hood and forcing it to crawl out past the pollinia and stigma.
