John the labellum has flipped or triggered (photo 2) it is best if you can get a photo of a flower before this happens so we can see the details for identification. These plants respond to being handled and the labellum can be triggered and snap shut. By the location and the form of the lateral sepals I think I can still confirm as B. montanus.
