These are two different species with photos 1 & 2 being larger flowers c. 40 mm of the nuda complex and photo 3 a smaller flower c. 20 mm of the pauciflora complex. Can you confirm this? Thelymitra are never very easy to identify with certainty, particularly from photos. What we are hopefully looking for is close-up photo of the column so we can see the structure of the top and hairy arms etc. The other area that is important is the addition of a photo of the leaf, as these are different from species to species and are important in identification. Can you provide any additional help? If I am correct regarding different species (size etc.) these should be split into 2 records.
When considering the plant in photos 1 & 2 the strongly notched apex of the post-anther lobe and the petals not overlapping the sepals would make this plant T. megcalyptra. Photo 3 with the post-anther lobe inflated, notched but not grooved suggests T. pauciflora but the leaf would then be narrow 3-6 mm and channelled, or a long thin and "v" shaped.
