I agree the antennae suggest a Pterocrra species, several of which have rusty brown wings and found in SE Australia, but 'leucocera' means 'pale horns', probably referring to the white stems of the antennae of that species. To me the antennae of this specimen seem to have black stems.

I agree: the reddish hairs on the thorax distinguish P. rubescens from the similar P. elizabetha and P. insignis, but I am not sure about distinguishing it from P. ferruginea and
P. ferrugineofusca.
