Your specimen has a different configuration of eyes to Fletchamia, and it has only four dorsal stripes. Caenoplana hillii is yellow with two broad brown dorsal longitudinal stripes. However, in some specimens only the margins of the dorsal stripes are present, as in your specimen, giving the appearance of having four stripes. I shall upload a description shortly.
