Don't know what this species is. I have been following for more than 2 months - and no sign of flowers. When do these likely flower - so I can get them next time?
These are Ericchilus leaves and they are an autumn flowering species so you have missed the flower for this year but the leaves fully develop after flowering and then stay around well into spring. These are almost certainly Eriochilus cucullatus in that area but it is usually good practice to wait and see the flowers. This a location where Eriochilus cucullatus has previously been recorded. I did report last year the findings of E. cucullatus (see Eriochilus cucullatus (Parson's Bands))- and I did find those leaves in similar spots. I did mark several flower locations with sticks - and did not see leaves in most places... these leaves "popped up" in slightly different spots... but the flowers are hard to get in time as they are only open for a few days. So I could have missed those in these spots. Thanks for helping with that.
