100m from Numeralla River at rest stop beside Monaro Highway.

Hi Ciaran, I have doubts about this being Calystegia sepium. It was in a dry location and the leaves look more like Convolvulus arvensis.

Hi Michael, to me the calyx looks too large for Convolvulus arvensis, the leaves also seem to be larger than those of that species. I would also expect there to be more flowers and a creeping rootstock (this plant looks to me like a twiner). However, the habitat is definetly unusual and descriptions of the two species are similar so i'm happy to pass this over to someone else (Michael M?) for the final say. :)
