Pretty sure is a moth an not a caddissfly

While references to this species online say its been recorded from Victoria, clearly it has, based on the ALA, a wider southern Australian distribution . I have suggested this identification purely on its similarity to photos of the species on the ALA although it is clearly a variable species. If confirmed this is a new species record fro CNM.
