I was more thinking Casbia but I could not match it...

Moth clearly has single black discal spots on each forewing and hindwing. Looking at Casbia again and comparing forewing and hindwing margins, quite a few species have either streaks or dots of varying size and shape along the margins. Given the streaks are longer on the hindwing and shorter on the forewing, I would say .C pallens is the best match in this regard. To my eye none of the named Amelora species I see on the ALA seem to fit.
