Growing in rocky crevice beside a small creek, on north side (so shaded from midday sun).
Height is very rough: the plant is drooping and hanging over the water.
Plant is small: could be young, or could be small. Individual fronds are barely 5-7 cm long.

Likely a young plant, as you say. I can’t be completely sure of its identification until it gets bigger.
