I'm not sure if this is Eulechria electrodes Ian. It has shorter palpi, the wings are not quite the right shape and it has very faint darker markings on the wings. I was looking at Tachystola and Heteroteucha but could not find anything that matches.

Yes, there is doubt given the antennae are not so clear;y banded either. and the faint wing markings. I will look more widely too.

Telocharacta hemicroca a possibility given many haves stronger markings in that forewing location (many on the ALA don't show markings) - although this moth seems to have two indistinct parallel markings - and strongly tapered forewing apex.
