Not sure if the white tip on the bill on one bird means that it's immature?

It could be an immature, with the white bill tip and also it looks a bit duller, especially compared to the last two images which I presume are a different individual. They have been seen mating and in pairs on numerous occasions consistently for around two years now so could easily have bred.
